Donnie Lonski, our maintenance pro guy at Lawson Home Services, was called out to perform a routine maintenance service on the SaniDry™ dehumidifier in this beach house at Fenwick Island, DE.

The maintenance service of the SaniDry dehumidifier consists of a test run of the equipment, clean and replacement of the filter, check the discharge drain line for clogs, and a flow check of the condensate pump (if there is one).
