Our Overall Service
My experience with the Lawson team has been one of the most positive experience I have ever had with any contractor. From start to finish, I felt like I was working with professionals who knew what they were doing and trying to do the job correctly.
Call Representative
Taylor was attentive to all calls and emails. She was sure to call (and call me back) if I had any questions or Lawson needed info from me.
Sales Process
I had 4 contractors visit my house to give me a proposal of work to solve the problem of temperature and odor from our old insulation. After John Carpenter explained the issues and gave me the solutions, I realized the other 3 proposals were garbage (for almost the same cost). John was the ONLY one who actually crawled through the walls to look at the complete knee wall space. The references that John sent me to explain the problem and the fix gave me the confidence that the work would actually address the problems.
Our Installation Crew
I can't believe how hard the team worked. I had 4-5 people for over a week working on the job. All were considerate and professional. The job was a big job and they even came in on a Saturday so that they could complete it before they had to start another job.
The Cleanup Process
Every day they left the house clean without evidence that we had a crew working on a project.

What made you choose our company:

I found the site on the internet somewhat randomly. Choosing was easy since the problem and solution was explained so well. The proposals the other contractors gave me were simply garbage in comparison (for almost the same price).
